[Poscgrad] Reminder: Keep Jenkin Library Clean

Dear Graduate Students,

I hope you are all having a great start to the week.

I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of maintaining cleanliness in the Jenkin Library. Recently, there was an incident on Monday where spillage and trash were left behind in the room, requiring the chair and faculty to step in and clean up.

As members of our academic community, it's essential that we all take responsibility for keeping shared spaces tidy and respectful for everyone's use. When using the Jenkin Library, please remember to:


  1.  Dispose of any trash or food wrappers in the appropriate bins.
  2.  Clean up any spills immediately to prevent accidents and damage to the facilities- we have placed wipes in the room for convenience.
  3.  Leave the space in the same condition as you found it, or better.


By adhering to these simple guidelines, we can ensure that the Jenkin Library remains a welcoming and functional environment for all. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
