I hope this message finds you well. I've been asked to clarify our current office coverage situation and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding staff availability.

While we are experiencing minimal physical coverage in the office at this time, please be assured that our staff members are fully operational and available remotely, adhering to our business hours as usual. For your convenience, our staff's hybrid work schedule, detailing when each member is available remotely, can be found on our department's website, outside our doors, and on the hall monitors and department google drive.

We are committed to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, regardless of our physical location. Should you need assistance or wish to schedule a meeting, please don't hesitate to reach out to the relevant staff member via email or zoom phone.

Dear Faculty and Students,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that we currently have minimal coverage in the office at this time. However, our dedicated student assistant, Russell, is available to assist with any needs you may have.

While our office may have reduced staffing, we want to assure you that Russell is here today from 11am-3pm in Watkins 2122 to provide support and assistance as necessary. Please feel free to reach out to him for any inquiries or assistance you may require.
