[Poscgrad] Keys for Sproul TA office storage space and shredding needs

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all well and enjoying a restful start to your summer! In the
process of finishing up some tasks as department GSR this quarter, I am
writing with two requests:

1) I am collecting a list of people who need access to the storage space in
the Sproul TA offices. There are currently 11 available cabinets (10 since
I need one as well ☺) in the walkway space between the large and small
Sproul offices for folks who need them, and I believe there are one or two
more cabinets in the large Sproul office as well. *If you are a TA in the
Sproul offices and need access to one of these cabinets, please reply
individually to me and let me know. *I will pass that information along to
Christina so that she can begin supplying keys.

2) If you have any paper materials that you need shredded, please put them
in boxes (spares can be found in the grad lounge) so that Christina can
place a work order for them to be shredded. *Please place all of your boxes
in the grad lounge so that Christina and the team can access them easily
from a central location.* After you've done so, please email me
individually to let me know so that I can inform Christina.☺️

If you have any other questions, concerns, or needs that I can pass along,
please don't hesitate to let me know!
