Hi Lorena,

This is helpful, thanks!

The HP in the printer room does work --although it seems to currently be
having a problem deciding which tray to draw from.

I didnt have time to try to straighten it out before my lecture today but
perhaps someone handy (like Mark) could look at it and see if we can fix it
easily?

 (Apparently it needs a new maintenance kit as well --though it has given
that message for months)
