[Poscgrad] ICPSR petition

Hello all,

In recent years, UCR ended its membership with ICPSR. We are the only UC
currently without membership. Membership provides many benefits, including
access to expansive datasets, research, and continuing education
opportunities. Several of our colleagues have expressed interest in
petitioning the university to reinstate our membership.
