Dear Professor Merolla,

My department at CSUDH is hiring for a tenure-track position in American
Politics and I would appreciate it if you'd forward the position to your
grad students. A candidate's specialization within American politics does
not matter to us as long as the person is ready to teach. We are a small
department and our standard teaching assignment is 4/4, so teaching ability
is the primary qualification. As search committee chair I'm happy to answer
