[Poscgrad] NEW Travel System- Concur- Staff Contact Introduction

Dear PoliSci Graduate Students,

Thank you all for your patience with travel over the last two months. We have a brand-new travel system called Concur, and we are ready to share the info with you all. Some of you have already had the opportunity to test it out on a trip you’ve taken this year! Our goal is to make this transition to Concur a positive one.

I would like to formally introduce you to the new CHASS Travel group who will be you point of contact for ALL travel requests and reimbursements. This is your one-stop-shop for all your travel needs making it a sinch to complete your travel and get your reimbursement quickly.

Sharon Payne is the head manager for the CHASS Travel group, and she is amazing!!! When you are ready to plan your trip, or you’ve already traveled, you will work with Sharon and send all your travel requests, including receipts and travel support documents, and she will communicate directly with you every step of the way.

Sharon can also answer any travel related questions as her and her group are now considered the most knowledgeable with Concur. All attachments are from the CHASS travel group and can help you navigate Concur. If you have a moment, I would start with the CHASS Travel Group Presentation 😉
