[Poscgrad] important follow up to Dept. Ad for GSR

Dear All,

It is likely that we will hire a GSR for the entire academic year (though
we may choose different people in each quarter so more people have the
opportunity, especially if we receive many applications). It will be much
easier for us to make decisions for the full year, so if you are applying
to the position, please indicate in your cover letter which quarters you
would be interested in.
