[Piwrs_coordinators] Promotion of Rose Alonzo-Le

I am happy to announce that Rose Alonzo-Le has been promoted to Fund Manager over the Extramural Funds Unit.  Rose has done an excellent job managing unit since Fred's departure in May.  Rose possesses 25+ years of C&G related experience, a MBA, an impeccable performance record, and the knowledge to be well positioned to successfully perform the duties and requirements of this position.
