<p>I am writing to you with important deadlines for our administrative offices. Please review the dates below carefully, as these deadlines are final. Requests submitted after the deadlines listed will not be processed until campus reopens on January 2nd. Let me know if you have any questions.</p>

<p><strong style="font-size:large">December 10th</strong><br>
<strong style="">Last day to enter CRITICAL perishable orders</strong><br>
Critical perishable orders will be processed until Wednesday, December 10th.</p>
<hr>
<p><strong><font size="4">December 11th</font></strong><br>
<strong>Last day to enter orders via Oracle</strong><br>
All orders that must be processed before the campus closure will need to be submitted by this day. Any orders submitted after this date may not be processed before campus closes.</p>

<p><strong><font size="4">December 12th – December 23rd</font></strong><br>
<strong>No orders will be processed during this time</strong><br>
In order to prevent any deliveries during this period, we will not be processing orders at this time. Main campus receiving is still operating without their full staff, and staggering orders will help prevent a backlog of deliveries once campus reopens, as well as prevent any packages from being lost by shipping carriers.</p>

<p><strong><font size="4">December 24th – January 1st</font></strong><br>
<strong>Winter Holiday Closure</strong><br>
There will be no personnel on campus accepting packages during this time.</p>

<p><strong><font size="4">January 2nd</font></strong><br>
<strong>Campus Reopens</strong><br>
Campus will reopen on January 2nd. However, please note that office staff will be working remotely on this date.</p>
