Winter Holiday Closure Deadlines

I am writing to you with important deadlines for our administrative offices. Please read these deadlines carefully as the deadlines listed in this communication are final. Requests submitted after the deadlines outlined below will not be processed until campus reopens on January 2nd. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or concerns.
December 9th
Last day to enter CRITICAL perishable orders
Critical perishable orders will be processed until Monday, December 9th, 2024. If you submit your order request after December 6th please enter a comment stating that "Order contains critical perishable items only".
December 9th
Last day to enter orders via Oracle
All orders that must be processed before the campus closure will need to be submitted by this day. Any orders submitted after this date may not be processed before campus closes.
December 16th - December 20th

No orders will be processed during this time
In order to prevent any deliveries during the campus closure we will not be processing orders during this time. Main campus receiving is still operating without their full staff and staggering orders will prevent a backlog of deliveries once campus reopens as well as prevent any packages to be lost by shipping carriers.
December 23rd  -  January 1st
Winter Holiday Closure
There will be no personnel on campus present accepting packages during this time.
January 2nd
Campus Reopens
