Hello Team,

Please see below for the planned construction activities taking place the week of 7/15/2024:

2-Story Wing:

  1.  Roof Demo: Will continue through week of 7/15.
  2.  Roof Install: Will continue through week of 7/15.
  3.  Fireproofing: Patchwork tentatively scheduled for week of 7/15
  4.  Encapsulation: tentatively scheduled for week of 7/15.




3-Story Wing:

  1.  Interior Containment: Scheduled to be completed week of 7/15.
  2.  Roof Abatement:  Scheduled to commence week 7/15.
  3.  Elevator: Public elevator access to 3rd floor continues to be disabled.

Building Misc.:

  1.  Loading Dock Laydown Area: Heavy activity due to multiple crews on site including removal of debris containers and loading of material onto roof.



I ask that you please review and distribute to the occupants as needed. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Hello Team,

Please see below for the planned construction activities taking place the week of 7/1/2024:

2-Story Wing:

  1.  Roof Abatement: To continue for the week of 7/1. ACM clearances are expected to be received during the upcoming week confirming that all ACM has been removed from the roof.
  2.  Interior Containment: Interior containment is complete with ACM clearances expected to be received during the upcoming week confirming that containment is ready for demo activities.
  3.  Roof Demo: Scheduled to begin mid-week if ACM clearances for abatement and containment are received.


3-Story Wing:

  1.  Interior Containment: Commenced on 6/27 and will continue for the week of 7/1. AC has been turned off with all entrances to the 3rd floor closed off.
  2.  Elevator: Public elevator access to 3rd floor has been disabled.

Building Misc.:

  1.  Loading Dock Laydown Area: Temp. fencing has been erected with roofing material in place ready to be loaded on roof.
