Dear friends,

I wanted to send you a personal invitation to join us for the 2023 UCR Staff Conference<https://insideucr.ucr.edu/stories/2023/03/16/staff-conference-returns-professional-development-tips>, starting tomorrow.

This event is one of our most significant ways of supporting the UCR staff community. By bringing experts from our own campus together with outside thought leaders, we hope to diversify our learning opportunities so that the content shared during the conference sessions will elevate UCR employees both professionally and personally.

We curated this year's three learning tracks based on a combination of feedback from last year's conference attendees and pain points that emerged from our most recent staff engagement surveys: driving your career forward; self-care / mental wellness; and creating & nurturing a culture of respect. Your input showed us that these are the areas that needed the most improvement at UCR, and we aim to please!
