Hi Farima,

Did you want to rent a car from fleet services or from enterprise? Yes you can split the FAU if you need to. Both drivers will need to be there with their license when you pick up the car so you both can drive.

Please let me know how you want to proceed ?

Please let everyone in your lab know we have a new email for purchasing and travel physics-staff at lists.ucr.edu<mailto:physics-staff at lists.ucr.edu> all questions and reservation requests can go to this email this goes to all of us here in the office

Subject: March Meeting Trip Car Rental

Hi Jennifer,

For the March meeting in Las Vegas (5th to 11th), we want to rent a car with two or three other students from another group (Dr. Kulhmans'). How is the process? Can we split the cost since our groups differ? And since it is a long trip is it possible that two people drive?
