Dear Graduate Students,

You should have received an email to complete a survey as part of the review of the graduate program. 

Each student is sent a unique link to the survey so please check your emails for the email with the link. The content looks like the following:
 
Subject line: IMPORTANT: Review of the Physics Graduate Program

The Physics Graduate program is scheduled for review this academic year.  One of the most important sources of information for the reviewers is the faculty/student questionnaire. It is important to stress that survey comments provided are compiled anonymously and only reported to the appropriate parties. The compilation of comments provided will remain confidential to the review team and/or Graduate Council review subcommittee not only during the course of the review, but after the review is complete as well.

Please go to:  <link> to complete the student questionnaire. Your responses will be confidential and no identifying information will be revealed. The evaluations must be completed by November 13, 2023.
