[Physics-faculty] Physics Building- Person of Interest

Dear all,

There is an individual who used to be a student at UCR and has been in contact with several faculty members in our department about joining our graduate program and regaining access to his UCR student account.

He is believed to be homeless and occasionally sleeping in UCR buildings. Police reports have been made and support through RUHS has been offered to him; however, he has been advised that he cannot be in any of our buildings.

While he may not be a danger to anyone, we thought it would be important to let everyone know. I have also requested additional patrol walkthroughs for our staff, faculty and students who are here late at night.

If you see him, please call UCR PD at 951-827-5222 . Officers are familiar with him and will dispatch someone immediately.
