Chancellor S. Jack Hu invites you to the inaugural Chancellor's
Distinguished Lecture on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the
University Theatre.

Chancellor Hu will host Mr. Jack Dangermond, President of Esri, for a
conversation on the science of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and
their transformative applications. They will explore Mr. Dangermond’s
journey with Esri, lessons in leadership and innovation, and how digital
twins and artificial intelligence are shaping the future of GIS. An
audience Q&A will follow.
