[Orgvpdue] 10/30 all org meeting

Dear DUE Colleagues,



I hope the quarter is going well.



I’m writing about our upcoming all org meeting on 10/30. This meeting will
engage the entire DUE staff in subunit-based conversations about DUE’s
strategic goals within the context of our campus goals and the new budget
process (per our new Chancellor). Essentially, we are being asked to
articulate the DUE’s contributions to the campus goals, informed by the
data, and justified through our budget.  I am utilizing the 10/30 meeting
to collect your voices to present a unified narrative for the Chancellor,
Provost, and VCPBA Kim.



If you typically work remotely on Thursdays, I am asking you to make the
necessary adjustments to be present on 10/30.
