[Orgvpdue] Townhall with ITS about email migration

Dear DUE Colleagues,

The campus has issued a mandate to convert all email accounts from Outlook to Gmail.  As you may know, all faculty and students are already on Gmail.  Now, all staff will be migrated to Gmail by approximately June 2025 or sooner.  ITS will be leading this effort for the campus and my understanding is that they will be approaching this unit-by-unit.  While DUE does not have a conversion date yet, ITS has offered to hold a UE townhall meeting with all DUE staff to address any questions or concerns you may have.

In the spirit of efficiency and respect for everyone's time and commitments, we will be using our November all-org UE meeting for this townhall meeting which is on November 20, 2024, from 1-3 pm.  This meeting will be in person and the location is TBD.
