[Orgvpdue] Winter Term Start- please continue to look at your emails during break

Greetings UE,

Given the increase in COVID cases, and specifically unknowns regarding the impact of OMICRON, the UC system will start winter quarter instruction fully remote (first two weeks only). This two week buffer will allow time for students to be tested for COVID and insure a safe return to in-person instruction.

At this time, no changes to staffing plans are required—we will return on January 3rd under our current operational plan. However, please check your email prior to January 3rd as I will communicate any changes that arise during the winter break via email.

Thank you all for your patience and commitment to our students during these on-going challenging times. Have a great holiday, stay safe, and recharge!
