Dear Colleagues,

Starting on September 1st, Undergraduate Education IT will be available to assist with the setup of staff workstations. If UE ORG staff needs support setting up the computers, monitors, and other IT equipment in the office, please submit a UE IT ticket at https://ueapps.ucr.edu/support/tickets/open.php. This ticket should include your preferred date, time, and your office location where you want to meet with UE IT staff.

Please submit the IT support request at least two business days before you want to do the IT equipment setup. We will try to accommodate your preferred time, but please understand scheduling will based on a first-come first-served basis.
