[Oraclefinancials-depttransactors] Known Issue: Receiver and Deliver-To Location on Requisitions

Hi PTP Users,

We are aware of an issue affecting requisitions when users update the
Receiver field.

When the Receiver is changed, the Deliver-To Location may automatically
change to “UC Riverside Central Receiving.” In some cases, changing the
Deliver-to Location back may also cause the Receiver field to reset or
become blank, requiring users to update the fields more than once before
the requisition can be submitted.

What you should do

Before submitting your requisition, please confirm that both the Receiver
and Deliver-To Location fields are correct. If either field changes after
you update the other, re-enter the correct information and verify both
fields again before submitting.

The issue has been reported and is being actively investigated with Oracle.
