Based on this feedback, Business & Financial Services will move forward with deploying Option 3 this week. Option 3 Recap With this update, users can add an ad hoc approver when creating a requisition by selecting ?Ad Hoc FYI Reviewer.? The requisition will first route to the added approver before continuing through the standard workflow. This feature is most commonly used to include a PI in the approval process for requisitions under $10,000 that use extramural funds, but is also available for non-project requisitions. While not required, the Ad Hoc Approver option is now available to enhance your workflow.
