[Office-of-research] Clarification of PI Eligibility Policy and Revised PI Eligibility Request Form

A clarification of the campus implementation of the UC PI eligibility policy
has been posted to the Office of Research website at
http://or.ucr.edu/policies/policies.aspx?k=6.  This clarification replaces
prior memorandums describing the implementation of this policy.

 

In addition, a revised form for requesting policy exceptions has been posted
to the Office of Research Website at http://or.ucr.edu/home/Forms.aspx.
This form was revised to align it with the PI role in eCAF, as well as to
streamline the policy exception request process.  Effective July 1, 2008,
the Office of Research will only accept policy exception requests that
utilize the new form, which can be identified by its title:  "Request for
Exception to Policy Regarding PI Eligibility".
