Perhaps we should set up some process to inform everybody who is
actually going to be available each week. If nobody else is going to be
there, I might prefer to remain in my office and get some work done
there rather than make a trip somewhere to sit around by myself.
Sometimes getting out of the office might be nice itself but I would
like to make in informed decision as it were.
We could send email to this list each week though that might end up just
creating a low signal-to-noise ratio if most of the list traffic becomes
"I'm not going to be there" or "I will."
We could also use the Oracle Calendar reply mechanism. Right now it
shows three confirmed and three unknowns for todays gathering which is
pretty ambiguous especially since one of the "confirmeds" and one of the
"unknowns" are apparently "probably not" and I would assume that the
other unknowns have actually figured out whether or not they will be
there by now. That can be fixed with improved calendar management.

I like this location as well. I will be going there today at 16:00 to
check it out, everybody is welcome to join me.
