Hello all!

Please see the below call for students to apply to present at the 20th
Annual Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities Symposium. Don't be
deterred by "abstract" and "symposium"--this is a wonderful event that
showcases student work of all kinds, including music. In the past, some of
our undergraduate composition students have presented on their composition
processes and then played a recording of some of their work. A presentation
on your music production work, research in musicology or ethnomusicology,
or performances as a vocalist and/or instrumentalist, for example, would
also be welcome (as are all topics in music!). I know they are specifically
looking for more arts presentations and that there is a high likelihood
applications from music students will be selected.

Think of an abstract as just a summary of your presentation. I highly
recommend applying! It's a fantastic professional opportunity.

Best,

Prof. Kauf.
