[Mus-undergrad-info] Free UCR field trip to the LA Phil!

Hello, all!

We have the exciting opportunity to attend a *Los Angeles Philharmonic
concert
<https://www.laphil.com/events/performances/3130/2025-05-16/ravel-adolphe> *in
downtown LA next Friday, May 16 at 8:00 p.m., with a pre-concert talk at
7:00 p.m.! Tickets, roundtrip bus transportation, and boxed dinners are
free thanks to Dr. Ritter, Dean Williams, and CHASS. The LA Phil will be
giving the world premiere of a piece by composer Julia Adolphe
<https://juliaadolphe.com/>; they will also be performing works by Enrique
Granados and Maurice Ravel.

A bus will depart UCR at 4:30 p.m. and return to campus at approximately
11:30 p.m. If you would like to register for a free ticket (and bus
transportation and dinner, if desired), *please fill out an attached
liability waiver** (either pdf or Word Doc, your choice) and upload it to
this Google Drive folder

14. *The first 30 students to submit their forms will be guaranteed
tickets, and I will maintain a waitlist after that time. I encourage you to
attend this exciting concert!

The number of tickets we have is limited. Please do not upload your waiver
to claim a ticket if you think you may cancel.

Faculty and staff: students have ticket priority, but please feel free to
upload your waiver to the folder or send it to me if you would like to
attend. I will let you know next Wednesday if we have room.
