[Mus-undergrad-info] Free UCR trip to see "Old Friends" at the Ahmanson!

Hello, everyone!

Dean Williams and CHASS are generously sponsoring a free field trip for UCR
Music and TFDP students to attend *Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends at the
Ahmanson Theatre

in
downtown LA on Sunday, February 9 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the new CHASS
Night Out Series. The event includes free roundtrip transportation to and
from the Ahmanson Theatre and boxed lunches; the bus will depart UCR at
4:00 p.m. and return to campus at approximately 11:00 p.m.

If you would like to register for a free ticket (and bus transportation, if
desired), *please fill out an attached liability waiver** (either pdf or
Word Doc, your choice) and upload it to this Google Drive folder

email it directly to me, if you prefer) by next Monday, February 3, 2025. *The
first 30 students to submit their forms will be guaranteed tickets, and I
will maintain a waitlist after that time. I encourage you to attend this
exciting show!

encourage yours to attend.
