I write with the exciting news that UCR has been awarded 50 free tickets to
see the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning musical *A Strange Loop

A free bus to the Theater will leave UCR for LA at 5:30 p.m. that day and
return to UCR immediately after the show. The musical’s length is just over
an hour and a half. For attendance instructions, please read the following
carefully:

attached waiver, fill it out, and upload it to this Google Drive folder

attending and if there are spots left, you are welcome to complete and upload

between Wednesday, June 6 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, June 9 at 5 p.m.

If you prefer to keep information on your waiver private, you may email the
waiver to me directly. You will not be considered an attendee until you
have fully completed your form. The waiver asks if you are taking the bus;
you are of course still welcome to join the outing if you have another
method of transportation or would only like to take the bus one way.

The date of performance was beyond our control and, obviously, I know a
mid-finals week field trip is not ideal. However, please know that your
uploaded waiver represents a firm commitment to attending. If you are
concerned you may be a last-minute “no show,” I kindly ask that you refrain
from reserving a ticket.

Feel free to email me with any questions. I’ll distribute tickets via email
as the show approaches.
