[Medical & Health Careers Program]

Dear Pre Health Students,

 

THURSDAY IS HEALTH CAREER DAY AT UCR.  

All day there will be various presentations and events beginning with  a
Dental School Presentation by UCSF at 12pm and ending with a Nursing Student
Org. General Meeting at 7pm (Discover Nursing).  In between there will be
presentations on medicine, pharmacy and representatives from various other
health professions.  THURSDAY is the Day for you.

 

12pm  HUB 265 -       Presentation on Dental School by UCSF Dental School
Director of Admission

2:30 pm HUB 367-     Alternate Health Careers 

2:30 pm HUB 355 -    Med Student Panel

4:30 pm  HUB 367 -   Health Profession Admission and Test by Kaplan

4:30 pm HUB 355 -    Pharmacy Admissions Presentation

4:30 pm HUB 379 -    Dental Admissions Presentation

4 - 7 pm HUB 302 -   Health Professions School Fair

7pm -                          Discover Nursing 

 

DISCOVER NURSING is finally re-established here at UCR and we will be having
our first meeting on April 14, 2011(Thursday) at 7:00pm at MSE 0003 (across
the street from UNLH). Discover Nursing is for those who are interested in
pursuing a health career in the Nursing field and for individuals who want
to learn more about Nursing. Also, there will be opportunities and
applications for officer/board positions at the first meeting. Contact
