[Macusers] Mac Tip: Important information for iSync users upgrading to Mac OS X 10.4.6

For those of you running Tiger (OS X 10.4.x) and using iSync, there  
are some issues to be aware of before upgrading to 10.4.6.  Please  
read below

> The Mac OS X v10.4.6 Software Update includes a new version of  
> iSync with several improvements, including support for new phone  
> models and additional options for existing phones.  It is important  
> for customers already using iSync to perform a full sync with their  
> devices before installing this update.
