[LOGOS] LOGOS website & event

Hi Everyone,

With the help of ChatGPT :), I've drafted a website for the LOGOS
initiative. It's staged at https://spalab.cs.ucr.edu/logos/ (I will
eventually migrate it away from my lab website and have it indexed).

Please let me know:
1) If you have any feedback/proposed edits (Please note that the founding
manifesto part is just a placeholder for now)
2) If you would NOT like to have your name listed on the website.

Also, we are planning to have an open day event sometime in early Spring. I
will follow up in due course -- meanwhile, please let me know if you have
any recommendations for a high-profile person we could invite for a keynote
for the event.
