it's long (a little over an hour) but worth a watch if you have the time.
He covers a lot: not just how and why to be both cautious/strategic when
talking to the media, but also things like the value of creating a public
record (his case involved National-Lab governance), and strategies for
conversing with rather than lecturing to people.
