[LOGOS] Logo fo Logos

Hi Everyone,

As mentioned on Slack <https://ucr-logos.slack.com>, Michalis and I have
been working with a designer (Apostolos) on a logo for LOGOS (no pun
intended :)).

What do you all think about this one?

   3. Just @UCR
