receive or formally decline the COVID-19 vaccine/booster on an annual basis. Similarly, compliance with the Seasonal Influenza (flu) vaccine requirement follows the same process: all individuals must either receive the flu vaccine or affirmatively decline

there will be no requirement for "non-pharmaceutical interventions" (NPIs) such as masking and there will be no imposition of registration holds on student records.
