[Lilab] HPCC usage

Hi All,

Please see the message below from an HPCC staff. If you experience
unusual waiting or running times of any of your hpcc jobs, please let me or
hpcc staff know, so that the issues can be addressed in a timely manner.


*Regarding the higher-than-normal wait times, I can't be 100% certain on a
cause, but the "epyc" partition is fairly close to capacity (typically
hovering around 70-90% utilization (we actually hit 100% utilization
yesterday!!). If it's for GPUs, then the A100s, as always, are in extreme
demand. We don't have any active reservations, so all 24 A100 GPUs that we
have should be fair game for all users. If there are specific jobs that are
being stuck, feel free to send me some Slurm Job IDs and I can look into
them further :)*
