Please share this email with your graduate students.
The Developmental Transitions Lab and the CALLA Lab and UC Riverside are
currently looking for interested women graduate students who meet the
requirements below to participate in a study entitled: Investigating
familial and career plans among women graduate students in academia.
This study aims to understand the experiences and perspectives of women
graduate students in academia regarding their career goals and future
family/childbearing plans. The study consists of a fully remote/online
qualtrics survey that includes general demographic questions and a list of
statements that must be rated on a sliding scale from 1-7, as well as
open-ended questions that prompt for written/typed narrative responses. The
study lasts approximately 40 minutes and participants will receive a $20
e-gift card from Amazon as compensation.
Here are the requirements to qualify:

Self-identify as a cisgender woman graduate student in any field/PhD
program

Be between 18-35 years of age

Currently have no children nor be pregnant

Be proficient in English
-
Have access to a technological device and Wi-Fi to complete the study
online
