[Lilab] Summer meetings

Hi All,

It's time to discuss our meeting schedule in the summer. I will be on
travel in the summer between June 15 and 19, and between June 23 and July
15.

For the week of June 16, I cannot meet on Monday/Wednesday, so I'd like to
meet with you individually on Thursday, June 20. Please provide your
availability by replying to this email.

Between June 23 and July 15, we'll have to meet on zoom. I can't determine
my schedule at this moment, but I will follow up with you when it gets
closer to the dates. Please check your emails frequently on weekdays.

Starting from the week of July 15, I can meet in person again. Please
provide your availability for weekly individual meetings. I'll also try to
arrange group meetings that occur every two weeks after July 15.
