[Lilab] paper reading

Hi All,

I wanted to follow up about the biweekly updates on paper reading through
the google doc.

The purpose of this document is to track your individual reading progress
and share valuable papers with each other. It's most effective when you
update it as we go along, rather than just before the meeting. This ensures
that we can all benefit from each other's insights and discoveries.

If you don't have any updates in a specific week, which is fine, still add
"None" so we know it's updated.
If you read multiple papers, please include all of them instead of picking
one so we can see your full progress. This also allows me to see if you are
in the right direction.
If you just grab a paper and add it right before the meeting, just so that
you have something to update, it makes the whole thing pointless.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Best,
Vivian
