The IIGB Bioinformatics Core is hosting a *TWO-DAY *workshop on RNA-seq
data analysis designed for beginner or intermediate bioinformatic users.

*When: *Wed (10/18) and Thu (10/19) from 1:30PM to 4PM

*Where: *Campbell Hall Room 101

Come learn about RNA-seq data analysis fundamentals including sequence
quality control, sequence alignment, and differential gene expression
analysis.

The workshop will be a combination of presentations and hands-on tutorials.
