[Lilab] TA/GSR plan

Dear All,

To help me better manage the group, please contact me to discuss your
financial support plan for the next quarter once you receive emails from
the department about TA scheduling. Ideally, I hope to support all of you
as full-time GSRs. But since research funding is limited, in the long run,
students in the group may need to take turns to do TAs occasionally.

Note that competition for and renewal of research grants heavily depend on
the productivity of the group, so let's work together to create a
sustainable program for current and future students in our group :)
