<p class="MsoNormal">Good afternoon IIGB Core users, <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Effective, Tuesday, March 1, 2022 all IIGB Core services (Genomics, Bioinformatics, Metabolomics, & Proteomics) will need to book through our new reservation booking site.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The link to the new site is: <a href="https://core.bookitlab.com/ucr_IIGB/" target="_blank">
<span style="color:blue">https://core.bookitlab.com/ucr_IIGB/</span></a>. Please do not use the previous reservation site after February 28, 2022. Each user will need to create a “New User” in this system. The “User Group” is the PI name (start typing the
PI <b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">first</span></b> name and it will populate). Each new user request will be approved during business hours (8 am – 4:30 pm, M-F).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When requesting/booking a service the FAU should be selected under the “Budget” category. Many of the PI User Groups and FAUs were already pre-populated in the new system. If you find that your PI or a particular FAU is missing, please
email <a href="mailto:IIGBadmin@ucr.edu">IIGBadmin@ucr.edu</a> to have them added. When adding a PI, we will need one FAU to add under that PI.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Once in the site, the “Help” function has instructions and video tutorials to assist you. Additionally, a small set of instructions have been attached to guide users on how to request services. If you have any questions or concerns, please
