Dear Sanger users,
We had a PM visit on the 3730XL on Monday, and have since noticed
deteriorating results in the sequences.
We have since reached out to ThermoFisher for their comments, and they need
to do further troubleshooting with us, as well as have us replace the
capillary array.
Unfortunately, this will stop Sanger sequencing for a few days - we
anticipate having it up and running again by the middle of next week.
We appreciate the difficulty this may cause in your research, and sincerely
apologize. Please bear with us while we get the 3730XL back to operating in
top shape, so we can provide the best quality results for you.
You may continue to leave any Sanger samples you have in our 4C for
processing as usual, and we will run them as soon as possible.
If you have any concerns, please reach out to us.
Thank you,
Genomics Core
Wei, Clay, and Holly
