[IIGBCORES_All] Impact23 Conversion Process for IIGB Cores

Dear Core PI's and users,

On July 1st, 2023, the UCR financial system will be updated to align with current UCOP guidelines. As part of this change, the FAU's currently charged for campus services will be depreciated and the new Chat of Accounts (COA) will be implemented.

To mitigate disruptions to your Core services, we ask that users and their PI's coordinate to start submitting their new COA's here<https://forms.gle/3fhEENAhVgnHr39W7>.

An email with updated guidance will be sent tomorrow regarding June services charged on the current FAU's. Until then, please plan on submitting all services you wish to charge to existing FAU's before July 30th.
