<span style="font-family: Georgia, serif;">November 12, 2024, marked a day of profound remembrance, the day we bid farewell to the physical presence of Joanne Chory. Yet, her enduring legacy, both personal and scientific, remains an everlasting source of inspiration
and guidance. In honor of Joanne’s extraordinary contributions and the profound impact she has had on so many of us, we invite you to join us in celebrating her life and legacy at a
<b>two-day symposium at UC Riverside on November 6-7, 2025</b>, commemorating the anniversary of her passing.</span></p>

attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and hotel accommodations in Riverside.</span></p>
