<p class="MsoNormal">To help fill the void of in-person conferences, I am creating a virtual seminar series hosted by my lab: “The Metabolic Engineering Virtual Seminar Series Hosted by The Alper Laboratory at UT-Austin”. Starting for this Fall, we have created
a schedule for roughly twice a month seminars that will feature an open talk & Q+A for roughly 60 minutes. I hope that this will be a great opportunity for many of the younger researchers in the field (although I am sure some you will want to tune in for the
talks as well!). <u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Please see the attached schedule with information for how to register/sign up for the events that I would like to ask you forward to interested members in your group. Note that I am sending this messaging out to a significant number of
labs in our field and total attendance will be limited based on the license capacity of our videoconference software. Therefore, we will be managing the attendance for the seminars to spread it across research groups. After completing the survey, a confirmation
(if selected to attend) along with specific log-in information will be provided about 1-2 weeks before the seminar.<u></u><u></u></p>
