[IIGB_All] SoCal Single-Cell Retreat @UC Riverside, Registration Now Open

Dear colleagues,

I’m writing to share an invitation to the SoCal Single Cell Retreat -
Seeding Community and Inspiring Innovation, to be held on April 10, 2026,
at UC Riverside. The goal is to bring together the Southern California
single-cell community across institutions and disciplines for a focused,
one-day scientific and networking event.

We’re especially excited to highlight opportunities for early career
researchers (students, postdocs, and pre-tenure faculty) through short
talks and posters. We hope this will be a low-barrier, high-impact venue
for trainees to get feedback, build connections, and see the breadth of
single-cell research happening across SoCal.

UCR is within easy driving distance of most Southern California
institutions, making it a convenient one-day retreat without overnight
travel. Additional logistical information about the venue, program, and
parking will be provided to registrants.
