Dear CEPCEB and BPSC community,


This Friday afternoon we will have the 23rd Annual CEPCEB Mini-symposium,
Awards Ceremony and Noel Keen Lecture. This year’s distinguished speaker is
José Dinneny from Stanford University.

you have not RSVP’d, you are still very welcome. Arrive by 12:30 pm for the
pre-event social. Coffee, tea and treats will be served. Talks will begin

These highlight a fraction of the diverse research within CEPCEB, from
improving the yeast used in production of tequila,  what microbes in a corn
field “remember” after a drought, and the nuclear biology of thermosensing
in Arabidopsis.


The annual Awards Ceremony will begin at 3:40 pm and the Noel Keen
Distinguished Lecture by Professor Dinneny from Stanford University just
after 4 pm.  A reception for all attendees will  follow to honor our
distinguished guests, award winners, and the community. The Thai food and
company should be very good!
