[IIGB_All] Respecting Office Hours for IIGB Staff

Dear IIGB Colleagues,
I kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting the designated office hours for direct access to the IIGB staff. These hours are clearly posted on the door, and I urge everyone to take note and adhere to them.

The staff manages a tremendous workload, which is often disrupted by frequent and unplanned interruptions. To help them stay focused and efficient, I have instructed the office staff to refrain from opening the door outside of these designated hours.
In the event of an emergency, please feel free to email or come upstairs to speak with Valerie or me directly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a productive work environment.
