Core at Conference Room 2018, Keen Hall*,* on Oct 11th (Next Tuesday)*, *10

Learn about the latest PacBio HiFi long reads sequencing applications in
whole genome sequencing, Iso-seq, single cell+long reads sequencing, etc.
Library prep and sequencing via PacBio platform are available at the UCR
Genomics Core.


Are you ready for the *PacBio SMRT Grant*? PacBio is offering a SMRT Grant
Program for Plant and Animal whole genome sequencing. Projects on microbes
that relate to eukaryotes will be a good fit as well. If you are interested
in *up to 6 SMRT Cells of sequencing* (this is one 6Gb+whole genome or a
few smaller ones) along with extraction and bioinformatics support, there
is *a short 100 word application here
